My only concern in writing this review is what if more people know about this jewel, then maybe we will not be able to get in if we are able to come back!

The very best of Ljubljana, probably even the best in Slovenia. A wonderful hotel.

This hotel is a true gem. Although it’s a 4-star establishment, it offers 5-star service! The rooms are beautiful, featuring comfortable beds with quality sheets, and spacious bathrooms equipped with excellent shower and plush towels.

This hotel is a real treasure. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The room and facilities are of the highest quality. So comfortable and well thought out. The location is perfect for visiting all the best places in the old town, shopping and restaurants but inside is all quiet and calm. One of the best places we have ever stayed – and we have stayed in many.

Hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed at, and sad we only had one night here due to our travel plans! Great location in Ljubljana, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, and an amazing breakfast too. We loved all of the quirky decor as well! We were even very kindly driven to the train station after checkout in the electric cart to safe us a walk with all of our luggage, which was so appreciated. Could not fault our stay here one bit.

I have to honestly say that this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in so far in my life. Here the guest is actually still king and you can easily tell in all corners. Also our little dog was treated like a "full-fledged" real hotel guest and was allowed to pick up a lot of pet treats, as well as a little surprise in the room. Of course he was also allowed to have breakfast with us. I sincerely hope that the current price/performance ratio and this very high level is maintained.

Evvveeery single thing at this hotel Now Ljubljana is my new obsession thanks to this hotel I came to ljubljana for only 1 night as transit from vienna to italy But the great location of this hotel The amazing staff The warm welcoming and The kidness , make us renew one more night And im sure ill be back soon The hotel is really amzing Very clean Perfect location in the heart of the city The staff is sooooo friendly and helpful ( the best staff I met in all Europe for the past 10 years).

Everything was great. We even got presents for Christmas. It was very nice.

Everything, from beginning to end! Great location, amazing food, even better people. I love Slovenia, and make trips to the city often. I have never had a bad experience, but this has elevated my experience and I don’t think I can stay anywhere else moving forward.

The breakfast is exquisite. A lot of lot of local product of great quality. The people who work there are nice, warm and very helpful. They remembered us staying before and even gave us an upgrade to a beautiful bigger room with a terrace on the top floor.
